Returns & Refunds

Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unopened, sealed products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, opened or reconstituted peptide vials cannot be returned. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please see the section below.
How to Initiate a Return
Email hello@nuverepeptides.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for items that do not meet standard return eligibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us at hello@nuverepeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your account. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to prevent the upcoming charge. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid period.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened or reconstituted peptide vials, products without original packaging, products reported more than 30 days after delivery, and items purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion.
