Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday–Thursday. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend ship the following Monday.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on all US orders over $150. Orders under $150 are subject to carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.
Cold-Chain Shipping
All products are packaged in insulated, temperature-controlled containers with refrigerant gel packs designed to maintain 2–8°C during transit. NuveraPeptides is not responsible for temperature deviations caused by carrier delays beyond our control. If your package appears to have been compromised in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Delivery Estimates
Standard: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. NuveraPeptides is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all 50 US states. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that the receipt of research compounds is lawful in their state or locality. NuveraPeptides reserves the right to cancel orders to any jurisdiction where shipment may be restricted.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@nuverepeptides.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or store credit. NuveraPeptides is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
